9 p.m. Update
Crews have located an underground power line fault that is the cause of the outage. The fault will be isolated and within the next 90 minutes, power will be re-routed and most members in the area should have restored service.
Crews continue to patrol power lines west of Brighton to restore service to members located mostly west of I-25 along the Highway 7 corridor. Those without power are fed by our Feeder 4 from the Green substation located in the area. So far no cause has been found.
