Economic Development Resources
As your electric utility, United Power takes an active role in the
economic development of the communities we serve. Working closely with
elected officials and staff in each of the municipalities, we are a
resource to our communities as they plan for their future needs. Since
planning is such a vital tool for United Power to assure an adequate
power supply, it's vital that we work closely with communities as they
plan their future growth. United Power actively participates with our
member communities by serving on key economic development groups,
committees and boards, business chambers and professional groups.

Commerce within our service territory. These organizations are key to
the economic prosperity in our region and also serve as resources for

additional way United Power supports communities is by providing a
national commercial site clearinghouse. This site allows any United
Power member to list available commercial and/or industrial real estate
for national consideration - at no cost. |
