Solar Incentives
If you are considering investing in solar technologies, you can receive rebates from United Power on select solar installations. As an added bonus, the Governor's Energy Office (GEO) will match these rebates, dollar-for-dollar. Beginning June 2, 2008, United Power will provide incentives for two types of solar installations: Solar Electricity and Solar Domestic Hot Water.
Solar Incentives were added this year to United Power's growing portfolio of New Energy options, which promote energy efficiency and renewable energies. United Power's New Energy portfolio offers several options at various price points to help you make the most of your energy investment. Customers are encouraged to fully investigate all the energy options available before investing in new equipment. Learn more about United Power's entire rebate program and other energy efficient technologies. For additional information on Solar technologies, click here.
All New Energy Incentives require customers to contact United Power's Energy Management team prior to purchasing or installing any equipment to ensure eligibility. Rebate recipients will be selected on a first come, first served basis and funds are limited.
