Troubleshooter on scene has pinpointed the outage cause to a downed tree that has broken a pole. Crews will need to make repairs before power can be restored. We appreciate your patience while they work as quickly and safely as possible. 

⚠️ Heavy snow can topple trees into power lines. Always assume downed lines are energized. Do not attempt to remove debris or branches from power lines.

United Power Troubleshooters are en route to investigate an outage affecting approximately 1,000 members near Union Reservoir. Heavy snow in the area is suspected to be the cause. More information will be posted as it is available.
