Due to an outage with the payment system, United Power kiosks are currently unavailable. The cooperative is unsure how long the outage may last and encourages members to take advantage of other easy and convenient payment options it provides.
United Power Payment Options:
Online/Mobile Payments. This is a quick and easy way for members to view their accounts and pay bills from their homes or remotely from their smart phones using the United Power app. Members can also use their online accounts to report an outage and contact the cooperative.
Automatic Bill Payments. Auto Pay is a hassle-free way to ensure your payments are made on time every month. When you sign up for Auto Pay, your payment is automatically deducted on your regular due date.
Pay By Phone. Payment can also be made by phone 24 hours per day by check or credit card by calling 844-980-3030.
Pay Now. Pay Now allows members to make quick, one-time payments to their accounts without needing a login or password. You will just need an account number and form of payment.
Pay by MoneyGram. You can pay your United Power bill at more than 41,000 MoneyGram locations.
